The Maintenance Team performs a variety of services for commercial properties and are always looking for new Team members who have skills and experience in the different trades. TMT provides a competitive compensation package including a company vehicle with fuel card that is driven home each night and maintained by a company mechanic. Paid time off for Vacations and Sickness. Company provided uniforms, phone and tablet. All positions require a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


Service Technician – Service commercial roof top units, split systems and package units from 1-ton to 50-ton units. Troubleshoot units to find problems and make repairs. Inspect, maintain and repair chillers, cooling towers and boilers. Perform Preventative Maintenance on units and inspect and clean coils.


Plumber – Provide all necessary plumbing services for commercial properties. Repair or replace toilets, urinals, sinks, and water heaters for commercial properties. Use auger or water jet to unclog and flush lines, run camera as needed.


GM Technician – Service maintenance needs of commercial properties such as replacing ceiling tiles, hanging pictures, moving files and furniture. Adjusting doors and closures, sheetrock repair and painting, change lights, perform building periodic inspections, cleaning out vacant spaces and other duties as needed for commercial properties.


Electrician – Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in office buildings and retail centers. Replace breakers, relocate receptacles, add dedicated circuits, change emergency ballasts, run conduit. Convert existing lighting to LED fixtures


Bucket Truck Driver – Operate a bucket truck to repair and replace parking lot lights for office buildings and retail centers. Convert existing fixtures to LED lighting.


Sweeper Crew – Run sweeper truck to clean parking lots at night. Change out trash bags around shopping centers, use blower to clean sidewalks and curblines.


Landscaping technicians – Mow, trim and edge at commercial properties, repair irrigation, install and repair landscape lighting, spread mulch and pine needles.
