OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our "single source" philosophy allows us to provide timely, quality, cost effective services resulting in streamlined property management. We were founded on the idea that we would be a single contact resource for commercial property management/building owners/tenants, eliminating the need to use multiple vendors/contractors.

OUR COMPANY

We started with this:

• 2 men in a very small closet-like office in the basement of an office building
• No vehicles
• We maintained 3 office buildings - general maintenance and light HVAC
• Served Charlotte area only

Where we are now:

• 72 employees and still growing
• 64,000sq. ft. of office/warehouse space
• 63 vehicles in our fleet + 5 pressure washers (26 vans, 31 trucks, 2 sweeper trucks, 4 bucket trucks, 4 commercial hot-water pressure washers, 1 small pressure washer)
• Full HVAC/Mechanical, General Maintenance/Pressure Washing/Plumbing, Electrical, LED Lighting, Pole Lighting, Sweeping & Landscaping departments
• Over 450 customers
• Roughly 200+ service contracts in place
• Serve majority of NC, North and Central SC (Columbia, Rock Hill and surrounding areas) and Charleston, SC areas

PERSONNEL

We conduct pre-employment drug screenings, background checks & driver's license checks on all of our personnel. Our technicians are licensed and/or certified, insured and bonded. We have over 300 years of accumulated experience across our service departments.
